- Filter by Status — Active, Pending, Paused, Upgrade (plan limit), Error
- Filter by Sync Status — Synced, Pending, Error, Excluded
- Click a product row to see full details, variants, and issues
Editing Products
You can edit product attributes that Microsoft uses for Shopping ads:

- Google Product Category — Taxonomy classification
- Condition — New, Used, or Refurbished
- Gender, Age Group — For apparel products
- Color, Size, Material, Pattern
- Custom Labels (0-4) — For campaign segmentation

- Pause — Temporarily exclude a product from syncing. The product is deleted from Microsoft Merchant Center.
- Resume — Re-include the product. It will be submitted on the next sync.
Feed Configuration (Settings)
Feeds define how your products are synced to Microsoft:
Creating a Feed
- Target Market — Country + language (determines which Microsoft catalog to use)
- Feed Name — Auto-generated from market, editable
- Variant Mode — How variants are handled:
- All Variants — Each variant submitted as a separate product (recommended)
- First Only — Only the first variant submitted
- Cheapest — Only the lowest-priced variant
Multi-Market Feeds
Create multiple feeds for different countries. Each feed gets its own Microsoft catalog. Example: one feed for France (French), another for Germany (German).
Advanced Settings
- Title Source — Use product title or SEO title
- Description Source — Use product description or SEO description
- Sale Price — Include discounted prices (5%-90% of regular price)
- Tax Included — Prices include tax (auto-detected for EU markets)
- Default Category — Google Product Taxonomy fallback
- Identifier Exists — Whether products have GTIN/MPN/Brand
BigCommerce Multi-Storefront
If your BigCommerce store has multiple storefronts, the app is fully channel-aware:
- Channel Selector — Switch between storefronts using the dropdown in the sidebar
- Each storefront has its own feeds, products, and sync history
- Product data is automatically scoped to the active storefront
- Create separate feeds per storefront for different markets

Product Requirements for Microsoft
Microsoft Merchant Center requires:
- At least one product image (high quality, no watermarks)
- Non-zero price
- Valid product URL (your site must be published)
- No adult content (Microsoft rejects adult products, unlike Google)
- Products must be in stock (out-of-stock products are excluded)
Troubleshooting
Products showing as "Error"
Click the product to see the error details. Common issues: missing image, missing price, validation failure. Fix the issue in your store and re-sync.
Products showing as "Upgrade"
These products exceed your plan's product limit. Upgrade to a higher plan to sync them.
"Microsoft Not Connected" error
Your Microsoft account needs to be connected before syncing. Click "Connect Microsoft" on the Dashboard to start the setup wizard.
"Site Not Published" error
Wix sites must be published before syncing. Microsoft requires valid, publicly accessible product URLs.
